Integrator Needed

I have a pretty extensive z-wave network. around 160 devices. I understand the basics of routines. However, I have a need for more complex tasks. I have custom light switches that are z-wave and I need help installing a handler that we have worked with the manufacturer to develop. The light switch has multiple functions. It’s a knob that can twist, push in, slide left/right/up/down. I need to integrate the handler to my hub and then program interactions on the switch. For instance I want to be able to press the knob in to turn on/off lights. I want to be able to slide down/up to active the blinds in a specific room. double tap up/down to raise/lower fully. Hold up/down to manually control how much the blinds open or close. Also, I want to program all off functions on certain switches. Additionally, I have a few other custom scripts to figure you with integrating nest to my z-wave system. Is there anyone on these forums that I could hire to help with this work?

Based off the capabilities you mentioned of the device I think the device you are referring to is the EvaLogik ZKS31. You shouldn’t have to install a handler, whatever that is, to get your device to work in Home Assistant. You just include the device and it should work out of the box. I own a ZKS31 and I had no problem using it even before the config files were added.

So whenever you interact with the knob it generates events called scenes. These scenes can be used in your automations. The ZKS31 has 5 scenes. Each scene coresponds to a different button. So KeyPressed on scene 1 means that the center button was pressed once.

Setting up automations using scenes is really simple. You select device for your trigger then select select your Z-Wave device. Then select Central Scene Action on Scene 00X then select the value.

Yes. Correct we developed the ZKS31. I am using it on Smartthings and the handler is not the same. Not sure why. Do you know of any integrator that can provision and do custom routines?

Sorry I don’t know anyone. Might get better response from smart things forum.
