Intel Celeron J3060 CPU for HA and more

I am running HA on Pi3 at the moment.
I would like to move my HA to a more powerful hardware and run it on Proxmox virtual machine.
I’m looking at this hardware at the moment Lenovo ThinkCentre M600 Tiny J3060

Does a machine with an Intel Celeron Processor J3060 CPU have the capability to run Home Assistant in a virtual machine and perhaps 1-2 more virtual machines alongside it?

I ended up buying a Dell tiny PC with CPU J5005, 4 cores, 16 GB RAM support and SSD.
HA is installed in a Proxmos VM including Conbee stick and Z2M.
It works like a charm and power consumption is less than 5W in idle!
