Would be really cool and useful if alarms from the mobile app (Companion) could be used in HA
Turning on lights, music etc. when the alarm goes off
You can already do that by using the alarm set time as the time trigger in an automation.

Hmm, not sure I follow
If I choose to make a automation using My Companion smart phone (IOS) as a device trigger, I dont see any values about alarms, I only see values around state of the phone, steps etc.
Or am I misunderstaning how you you are saying I should trigger the automation ?
the sensor is available on android, for iOS I don’t think its possible to get a sensor but maybe look into actions as it may already be doable from there.
