Invalid Add-on Repository

Has anyone experienced the above message when attempting to add any custom repository? I am new to Home Assistant and didn’t have much setup in terms of devices and integrations so I was able to blast my config away and start over (tried both SD card and SSD installs) yet the issue persists.

Can successfully SSH to my install and ping out to the internet, and to github.com.
“ha dns info” returns 192.168.0.1 as my DNS server (provided by DHCP from my RT-AC68U running merlin FW)
