## Breaking change
The Google Chat integration has been removed. It relied on the Google Hangouts APIs, which have been shut down, rendering the integration unusable.
## Proposed change
<!--
Describe the big picture of your changes here to communicate to the
maintainers why we should accept this pull request. If it fixes a bug
or resolves a feature request, be sure to link to that issue in the
additional information section.
-->
See #82235
The Google Hangouts endpoints, used by the Google Chat integration (unfortunately named), have been shut down. While Google Chat still exists, Hangouts no longer does. This integration, in its current state, is no longer able to function.

This project is very active and we have a high turnover of pull requests.
Unfortunately, the number of incoming pull requests is higher than what our
reviewers can review and merge so there is a long backlog of pull requests
waiting for review. You can help here!
By reviewing another pull request, you will help raise the code quality of
that pull request and the final review will be faster. This way the general
pace of pull request reviews will go up and your wait time will go down.
When picking a pull request to review, try to choose one that hasn't yet
been reviewed.
Thanks for helping out!

Since the link you shared was from November 2022 and related to the Google Hangouts Integration, I initially doubted its relevance, since I only encountered this issue recently after tidying up some integrations. However, after restoring from a backup prior to the issue, I realized it was likely a configuration related to the Google Translate text-to-speech integration. I remember removing this integration as it was automatically added when I installed Home Assistant. I wanted to clarify in case someone else encounters a similar problem.
