Invalid configuration - openhome.media_player?

Since 2022.4.0 and now with 2022.4.1, every time I reboot or start up I get

Invalid config
The following integrations and platforms could not be set up:

openhome.media_player
Please check your config and logs.
Logger: homeassistant.setup
Source: setup.py:298
First occurred: 11:52:23 (3 occurrences)
Last logged: 11:57:24

Unable to prepare setup for platform openhome.media_player: Platform not found (cannot import name 'UpnpFactory' from 'async_upnp_client' (/usr/local/lib/python3.9/site-packages/async_upnp_client/__init__.py)).

appearing in my notifications and log.

I’m guessing this is a core integration, as I’ve never knowingly set it up nor is it in my integrations page. I do use some media players (Plex, Volumio and Kodi) with both the latter integrations installed, but to my knowledge I don’t have any openhome configuration anywhere in my setup.

Everything seems to be working fine with all those media players, so can anyone shed any light on how to sort this out, or at least get rid of the annoying notification on reboot/start?

I have no media players in configuration.yaml. So that will not be a solution here…
