iOS actionable notifications and Home Assistant cloud

Are the following assumptions correct?

The Push request goes to the Home Assistant Cloud and then to  and onwards to the iPhone.

The action request message comes from the Home Assistant cloud to my instance of Home Assistant.

Or have I got that completely wrong?

@robbiet480 can answer 100% but it is not the ‘home assistant cloud’ ie ‘nabu casa’.

The push function is run off a Amazon AWS server though.
