iOS Alarm convert date format

Hi all I have got this shortcut running.

And at first it wasn’t working and I got the following error;
“Set Dictionary Value failed because Shortcuts couldn’t convert Alarm to Date”

After I change my Date/time settings and disabled the '24 hour time" the shortcut works. But I prefer the 24 hour time on my phone. Does anybody know how or what to change? I’m not that familiar with shortcuts yet, any help is appreciated!

Fixed it with this shortcut!
Had to manually add hours and minutes to the format date section.
