Same here, phone just force upgraded and now icons are missing so can’t control stuff.
Looks like you can guess where they are and they work but not ideal.
Same here - custom icons & simpleicons do work.
Same problem for me. All icons are gone, both on iPhone and iPad.
Running IOS 14.6, not beta.
Me too, both iOS and iPadOS using the Safari browser. Interesting though, when I open HA with DuckDuckGo browser - which uses the same Apple webkit engine as Safari of course - things do show up just fine. No solution, but it seems specific to Safari in *OS 14.6.

Same here. If you want the icons to come back you need to drag from top to bottom, so the dashboard refreshes and this time icons are correctly displayed

Very strange, since few weeks ago, the icons problem’s just started showing on my old devices and also just started on my iPad I just reinstall with the latest iPad iOS 16.5.1. So far it does not happening on my iPhone 14 Pro.
I’m also running the latest version of iOS.
The problem is only related (seems to…) to the icons and not into the badges.
Even the “clear cache” does not work or waiting until they will appear…
Any ideas or thought will be welcome …
I found why ! I set the color to « white » for the icons and the default Colors as theme « bright » emphasis icon Color make the icon to just not showing white/ white lol
