iOS app repeatedly disconnected

Hi all - iOS app is frequently losing connection to my local home assistant server. Over the last month or two, I have to “activate” my server at least once a day to regain the connection. Originally thought this was related to leaving my home wifi network but now have been realizing that it has happened even when I am home the entire day. Not much has changed on my setup and the actual server seems to be fine and not crashed, as it reloads my lovelace dashboard as soon as I re activate. Is this a known issue, and any tips for debugging or resolving it? Not really sure where to start looking into the source

I am having exactly the same issue on my wife’s iPhone mine is OK. I have tried clearing out all the Refresh Tokens that have built up, deleting her phone from Devices and them removing and reinstalling the app.

Any suggestions as to how to help identify the cause would be much appreciated.

Have you restricted the HA account you use to login on iPad at local network ?
