Hello.
Sorry if this is a particularly simple problem for you all.
I have the iPhone HA app, and it notifies me that I’m at home, leaving home, significant changes, etc. Opening the app whilst I’m at home (I have got remote access set up yet) however, doesn’t appear to update HA itself. HA still tells me that my battery is 65% (it isn’t), it’s been at home for days (it hasn’t). The phone is listed in known_devices.yaml and in my configuration file I have ios: and device_tracker:
HA is running on a Mac OSX that is always on. Any ideas?

I’ve had very similar problems with the IOS app. I’ve switched back to owntracks for IOS presence detection.
