I’ve not made any recent changes to my HA setup, but yesterday I found that the widget on my iPhone was blank and when I edit it, it just shows ‘Unable to load’. I’ve tried restarting HA and my iPhone, so I was wondering if anyone had another ideas?

I am seeing this behavior also. None of my actions are working now!
Has anyone managed to resolve it/find a root cause?
Similar problem, didn’t change my config. Some of my buttons in the widget work, some don’t. No info in the logfile.
Has anyone been able to solve this? Interestingly the same shortcuts on my iWatch work fine. If I go into the Shortcuts App on my iPhone they also work. It is just the widget that is showing like the image in the OP.
Any fix or updates on this issue?
So, very new here, setting up for the first time. I created a dashboard with a few gauge cards for battery level. They do not show up at all on the iOS app. Just a blank page. On another tab I have an entity card, but when I click it the control card comes up blank. 
So, it just started working. I did get an update to HA core, but can’ be 100% sure if it is related.
Same here - had to update to 2024.6.2 and now the complications are back.
