Hello there!
Is it just me or has anyone else noticed that with iOS 16 there are no actions available anymore with notifications from the companion app.
When i click a notification that has an action get into the companion app, same with a long press.
Just came on here to same the same…albeit a month after you 
aceindy, That seems like another issue.
This has happened to me too. I get the notification on my iphone, but when I press and hold the notification down to show the buttons for each of my actions, the buttons do not show anymore like before. I don’t seem to be getting any automation errors, but I haven’t dug into the logs much yet.
