IP address changes on HASSio RPI3

So, Just got my RPI3 setup with addons, LetsEcrypt and DuckDNS, everything was working fine.
I restarted the PI and noticed that my IP on eth0 was showing below and the strange part of it I still access my PI via SSH using the 192.168.1.199 address as well as I have now lost my dashboard for Home Assistant.

eth0 Link encap:Ethernet HWaddr 02:42:AC:1E:21:01

This is strange since I had it setup in my router to use 1.100 IP address, so I figured maybe something with the RPI3. I then used this Resin.io was to statically update the IP manually. I restarted the PI and i still get the same crazy IP address. Not even the subnet mask i use is showing up correctly. I am using a 192.168.1.1/24 subnet but for some reason the PI keeps giving me this 172.30.33.1 address and 255.255.254.0 subnet. Would anyone know why this is occurring or can point me in the right direction to fix this?

same issue here. Did you solve it?

I have the same issue this morning.

No i just used my router to auto assign, it but the router want let me use the address i wanted and iam not sure why, but i just left the address in my router for the PI as is.
