Ip address on HA and duckdns

Hi anyone can assist. My HA IP is 192. But duckdns is 127. And even adguard is only listening to 127.
Any solutions?

127.0.0.1 is Localhost, which means that it only accepts connection from itself.

how do i get adguard to work?
