iPhone server login problem

Hello, I just configured my home assistant and work well.

I downloaded the app from iPhone and worked fine until now, but now when I try to log in I only get a blank page, and when I try to refresh nothing happens

I tried to create a new profile adding the same server and it seemed to be solved, except that the same problem came back shortly after… can anyone tell me what it could be?

You do not seem to be connected to your WiFi.
If you need to access HA from a mobile connection, then you need to set up VPN or portforwarding or pay for a NabuCasa subscription.

yes indeed in some parts of the house there is no wifi, and it is in those points that the problem pop up… now it is clear :smiley: thanks for pointing it out

You should probably look into an extra AP it a WiFi extender.
