I bought a lot of 10 of v1 Iris Zigbee motion sensors (MOT800) from an eBay seller. They’re small, can be mounted on a wall or ceiling and appear to be in pristine condition - and you can’t beat the price of discontinued Iris gear when adding to your Home Assistant setup.
That is, assuming they work. 
I’m unable to pair them with my Nortek HUSBZB-1 on my RP4 running Hass.io. (For reference, when I began my Home Assistant journey a few weeks ago, all my Zigbee and Z-Wave devices have paired/included flawlessly.)
I’ve followed the only reset and pairing instructions that I could find on the Hubitat site. (No manual could be found.)
I can envision a few reasons why I can’t pair these devices:
- They’re not functioning properly or are non-standard.
- I didn’t properly reset them.
- The Zigbee library used by HA doesn’t support them.
- Probably a bunch of other reasons I’m failing to consider.

Does anyone have experience with these?
Can someone recommend some other things I can troubleshoot? I’d really like to get them working.
