Is it possible? Overlay a Temp/RH% from an entity on a picture element

As the title states, I am wanting to know how to overlay the data from a entity on top of the picture elements card. I have a 3d room built with our grow tables, I have icons and overlays in place to show when each table is watering as well as the icon being functionable to manual water the table for 60 seconds. I would like to place some Temp/RH% meters around and have them display the temp/rh% in that area of the table/room.

Can this be achieved?
