Is it possible to alter a schedule. with a script?

I have a schedule helper and I am looking for a possibility to change it with a script, for instance with a schedule.edit. However, it is only possible to schedule.reload it.

Any ideas, how I could do it?

I would like to add or remove blocks from a schedule helper.

There are no actions available to do this. There is a feature request or two you could vote for if you search the Feature Requests category.
