Is it possible to Delay in ESP Home BLE Tracking?

is it possible to Delay in ESP Home BLE Tracking because sensor is warming up about 30 sec when starting.
First i start DO meter with ESP digital pin connected to “ON/OFF” button and then want to delay BLE Tracking 30 sec.

I am using same code as Pool Monitor Device Yieryi BLE-YC01 - #131 by salzrat
and DO meter https://vi.aliexpress.com/item/1005003683452536.html
