Is it possible to manually update the ESPHome Add On to a specific version?

Reason: I’m currently on 2022.11.3 and want to only update to final november version 2022.11.5 because the current 2022.12.xx versions create wifi instabilities for my ESP devices (I’m also using the BLE tracker) resulting in constant wifi disconnects.

Is it possible and if so can someone point me to the instructions for doing so?

Only if you have a backup of 2022.11.5.

I didn’t install that version when it came out so have no backup unfortunately.
