Is it possible, by configuration, HACS-add on or something else to remove all instances of relative time? I dont want “In three days” or “4 minutes ago”, I want the exact time and date.

This already exists in the core for entities card rows You can choose how times are displayed:

You want format: datetime e.g.
Note however I just tested this on secondary info rows and it does not work there.
Thats good for the cases where the information is displayed in entity cards but I want a global setting, since entities are shown i badges, in headings and other cards…
