Is there a possibility to scan outgoing or incoming connections to my network?

I would like to build an automation that allows me to change things in my apartment when I am in a video call.
To do this, I would like to detect if a device on my network is connecting to a corresponding server (Facetime, Discord, Duo, etc.).
Do you think this would be possible?

I currently use a Fritzbox from AVM as router and the Adguard Home integration as DNS server.
