Is there a way to fix a ThirdReality Smart Plug that’s just way off on energy monitoring?

Hello everyone! I recently bought 4 ThirdReality zigbee plugs (I’m using z2m) to add to my smart home so I can monitor the power consumption of some of my devices. However, There seems to be an issue when it comes to measuring the power of my entertainment center. So I have the plug plugged inot the wall and my power strip plugged into in the smart plug. Connected to the power strip is just my tv (Basic samsung tv) and chrome cast. The issue is that the plug seems to think that those two things are drawing Over 300,000 kwh of power which is absurd, Since I bought a 4 pack I tried another one and that one measured over 1 million kwh of energy coming from a samsung tv and chromecast. I also hace one to monitor my desk set up which is running 3 laptops, an lg ultrawide gaming monitor, a 5port switch, a canon camera I use for streaming, and it also charges my phone and ipad and that only measures about 1.2kwh. Does anyone know if there are some settings I can tweak or are the plugs just bad? Any advie would be greatky appreciated, thank you!

The issue seems to have worked itself out. I installed a power monitor in my main breaker box and had to turn off the main breaker and I’m not sure why but the plugs seem to be reporting properly after a power cycle of the house. Maybe the old turn it off and on again trick works with houses too lol.
