Is there a way to power RF Sensors from the mains?

i have a few open/close RF door sensors, they use 23A 12v batteries, is there any way i can power them from the mains?

Buy a 12V 100mA plug pack and wire it to the battery terminals.

thanks, so something like this? and just solder some jumper wire to the positive and negative to the battery terminals?

Sure. That has way more power than you need though. Those 23A batteries only supply a few mA at most. Still it is easier to find 1Amp plug packs than ones with lower current ratings, so you might as well go with that.
