Is there a way to trigger an automation based on what triggered a light to turn off?

I would like to create an automation the turns on a boolean switch any time a light is NOT turned off by an automation (meaning by physical switch or in app). Basically trying to create a cooldown period where light doesn’t turn on if turned off manually for a bit.

So in this example Id want to trigger if the light was not turned off by “Lighting: Living Room Off”
