Is this an alternative to rolling one's own Zigbee2Mqtt hardware?

This LOOKS like an alternative to building one’s own zigbee2mqtt hardware, but being new to the platform and the description being in German, I’m not sure. Can anyone advise? Does anyone have one?

Thanks!

It is just the CC2531 USB stick with an external antenna soldered to it and pre-flashed.

So…that’s kind of yes, isn’t it? I’d basically still need either a standalone Raspberry Pi or use the Pi my HASS is installed on - but 90% of the hardware work of building, flashing etc is done? Thanks, by the way, for helping!

Yes, you don’t need other hardware besides a host

There is no building involved in zigbee2mqtt. The flashing takes 2 minutes.
