Isn't there a way to control the house if you inside using the Local network

Hi. just asking.
my HA setup for “Duckdns”, not local ip,
meaning, if i understand correct that when i push something in HA, it’s goes to the internet, than come back and make the action (if i’m inside the house, if i’m out of course it’s using the internet)…right?
now, lets say the internet is down in my house.
isn’t there a way to control the house if you inside using the Local network?

I use duckdns too and I use https://IP ADDRESS:PORT on local network.

didn’t thought the i need to put https:// before.
