Issue Connecting Shelly 2 PM Plus with a Two-Way Switch

Hello everyone,

I’m trying to connect a Shelly 2 PM Plus to control my lights, but I’m facing an issue. Here are the details of my setup:

On this side, I only have a neutral/live cable and another cable. When I check from the switch, I get about 222V. However, when I connect the Shelly 2 PM Plus, I only get 198-202V.

Initially, I wanted to connect the Shelly to the two-way switch, but this seems impossible, unless I’m mistaken.

On one of the switches where only this light is connected (the other switch controls two lights with two buttons), I only get 198V, and the light flickers.

Here is a picture of the setup. If anyone has encountered a similar problem or can help me solve this issue, I’d appreciate your advice!

Thanks in advance for your help.

My bad I though I posted in the french forum… updated!

Quite surely that purple wire is not a neutral and I wouldn’t expect you have N on any of those wires.

Yeah seems like you right, thank you.

Looks like your wiring is running in conduits.
You need to bring neutral there from junction box or from the light fixture.
