Issue connecting to Home Assistant Yellow POE - initial setup

Home Assistant Yellow POE with CM4 installed. No NVME - using the memory on the CM4
My UDM Pro sees the device and assigned 192.168.1.131:8123 . Lights on the device are indicating no errors. No issues pinging the device.

PuTTY logs in and everything looks good, but when I try to connect by IP or URL through Brave, Edge it tells me the connection is refused.

Using the Home Assistant app on the iPhone with Local Network enabled I get : Failed to Connect NSURLErrorDomain - 1004

Can you explain this in more detail? How did you login (what port?). What is shown when you login? What does “everything looks good” mean?

Tell us more about your local LAN. Is the HA Yellow connected with an ethernet cable? Do you have a flat (single subnet) network?

What operating system are you using to connect? What is the IP address of this machine?
