I am not understanding something, I think. I decided to automate playing a media file at a certain time every weekday. I have everything working great, except that once the song I want played is finished the media player goes on to play the other media files from the rest of the automations. I suspect that HA has put all the files in a single playlist and is playing through the playlist, but starting at the file I want played for the day. The strange thing, at least to me, is that when I test run my automations they only play the file I want played and then stop.
Edit: I am playing the media files through a Denon AVR-X1400H. I notice that the display on the Denon changes to “URL” as the media source with the files start playing. (I would be awesome if I could get that to display something useful, like Song/Artist.)
