Issue Restore my backup

Hi, I have a issue with restore my backup.
Situation was HA as AM in proxmox. Make everyday a backup to HA self and also google drive.

I reinstall the HA as a os on my NUC, without useing Proxmox.
Install was a succes. Next stap is restore the backup to the new HA.

There is the trobble it wil not restore on the new HA, while it is a good backup file.
The ha system complains that the file is nor a good .tar file.
The backup is from google drive called “Full Backup 2024-07-08 21_58_41.tar” .
So what can I do. ???

Download it to your PC and try to open it with 7zip

Why sould I do this? And than what?

If you can open it with 7zip, you know you have a good backup. You can extract it and copy the files over manually.

All the files? How should I do this.

Are there more practical tips.
To be clear, the HA is clean nothing on it. Not even a user.
