TLDR: Set up a DuckDNS link via Nginx Proxy to access an add-on externally, and can no longer access HA through Nabu Casa
Hello! I have been prepping for my upcoming child (woo) by setting up Baby Buddy. In the process, I had to set up Ngnix Proxy Manager & created a DuckDNS url for baby buddy so that I can update things via iOS shortcuts (my Nabu Casa link wouldn’t work for pushing info with the API). I followed the steps listed at the bottom of this page:
I have everything with Baby Buddy working great. However, I’m no longer able to access Home Assistant with my Nabu Casa link. Do I need to modify something in the proxy to access Nabu Casa, or am I now stuck with using the DuckDNS url? And will this affect using Nabu Casa to control my Alexa devices? My instance shows as “connected” on my Nabu Casa account page, but the link will not load on desktop or mobile.
