Issue with adding zooz switches with nortek dongle

I’m trying to add Zen76 Zwave switches to HA. I’m using a Nortek dongle. I’ve around 38 Zwave switches added. Now, a few switches I try to add will not join. It shows a message saying the device cannot be added and look at the log. However, I cannot find anything useful in the log. The problem after this message is that I cannot add the Zooz switches to inclusion again (tapping on the upper toggle won’t do a thing). If I tap like ten times, it flashes green, and nothing happens. I did try excluding them and it will not do anything. I tried resetting them, and that doesn’t help either.

Anyone seen something like this before?

I did try power cycling. It helped with one switch not with all. I’m getting a different controller. Going to test that and see if that helps.
