Issue with Moes BRT-100-TRV Zigbee Valves Not Opening on Boost Heating with Zigbee2MQTT

Hello everyone,

I’m using Zigbee2MQTT with a SkyConnect coordinator (EmberZNet), firmware up-to-date.

Here are my system details:

• Zigbee2MQTT version: 1.41.0 (commit unknown)

• Coordinator type: EmberZNet

• Coordinator revision: 7.4.3 [GA]

• Coordinator IEEE Address: 0xe0798dfffe06a3c5

• Frontend version: 0.7.4

• zigbee-herdsman-converters version: 20.38.0

• zigbee-herdsman version: 2.1.7

The valves are connected and appear online. However, when I activate the boost heating mode, the valves do not open at all! They don’t seem to react, which makes them unusable.

Is anyone here using the Moes BRT-100-TRV (or similar thermostatic radiator valves)? How do you manage the valve opening? Since there is a report on the valve opening level, I’d ideally like to control these values based on my specific heating needs in each room.
