Issue with presence detection

Hi, my wife’s phone presence is no longer updating. Take for example the following geocoded location of her phone

This is what the presence detection saw during that time:

Anybody know how I can fix this?

Hi,
You have the HA app installed on the phone right? Is it iOS, maybe you need to check the permissions allowed for the app to share location data. If found something similar for my wife’s phone recently. She very rarely opens the app & over time i think iOS might have removed the permissions. Once i updated the app, then opened it & confirmed the app permissions all was good again.

Yes, it’s installed and Android.

Single Accurate Location

were disabled. App was working before. I’ve told the phone to not remove permissions for unused app as she doesn’t use the app herself.
