So i’m very new to the whole HA software and setups, and looking at everywhere i have seen this should be straight forward… “plug and play” they say… 
Scenario : New install of HA onto an SSD connected via USB3 port to a Pi4 4Gb.
Zigbee 3.0 Dongle into USB3 port of RPI.
Pi image installed to the SSD. Username/password etc all set up.
Sonoff Zigbee 3.0 USB Dongle Plus - Sonoff Zigbee 3.0 USB Dongle Plus appears as a discovered Integration.
However, as soon as i click on the “configure” button, it does the following :
Please wait, starting configuration wizard for the integration
Selecting “Erase network setting and form a new network”, all that happens is i get a box saying “error” and with no other information…
Anyone seen this info before and any advice how i can get it all working??
