Issues on setup

Hi, I am a total newbie here and have been following the Raspberry Pi Home Assistant Operating System doc here: https://www.home-assistant.io/installation/raspberrypi#write-the-image-to-your-installation-media

I have a Raspberry Pi 4 64-bit 8 Gb with 32Gb microSD card, plugged into ethernet.

I have the 5.12 image but can only get as far as Startup your Raspberry Pi step 4 :frowning:

accessing the homeassistant through a web browser on port 8123 I get stuck on a ‘Preparing Home Assistant’ screen.

on the Pi console, everything looks to have started up but it seems to be waiting for a homeassistant login with the following at the prompt:
Welcome to Home Assistant
homeassistant login:

What is the default login and password?
Or what am I doing wrong?

Please help

Just wait and make sure your internet connection is stable. HA will download a lot on initial startup. You can click on the blue dot to see more info.

Once it‘s done, you can set an account.
