Hi All,
I have tried upgrading from 8.0 → 8.5 via the UI and every time I get an error booting on the VM and have to restore system partitions per the guide here: Can't boot into HAOS 8.0 after upgrade using VirtualBox · Issue #1913 · home-assistant/operating-system · GitHub
Is there a way to manually download a ISO of the newest version and upgrade directly to it?

Is there any reason your are not using 10.4 (the latest HAOS version)?

I’m currently on 8.0. The UI only shows an upgrade to 8.5 and every time I try that I get issues with partitions and have to restore per docs above.
I’m trying to figure out if there is a way to manually go from 8.0 → 10.4 without using the UI.

Hmm. No. it appears that the HA CLI does not offer the option to supply a version number when using the ha host update
command.

Darn, so I’m stuck on 8.0 I guess.
Whenever I try the upgrade to 8.5, it fails and with Proxmox I need to redo the partitions

Run up a new VM with a fresh install and restore from backup?

Any idea on what the impact would be to the USB zigbee/zwave if I do that?

Shouldn’t be any issue. The pairings are stored on the USB device.
