Issues with adding new devices

So am somewhat new to HA, but not IoT, Use Sharptools and ST, but for the life of me, I cannot seem to figure where I am going wrong. I have read through the forums and Googled, but am not getting new devices to load in the overview.

When I fired up HA, it automatically added some items such as a TV and one of my receivers (Yamaha) as shown in pic, but even though I have added, saved, restarted with the updated config.yaml, I am not getting more to show.

In addition, was very interested in trying out the floorplan thing for HA and just used the default items in the example and that shows fine, but all else does not seem to show correctly. Again, not sure where going wrong.

FYI, when I run config check, it says all valid. I have also restarted all to try and help as well.

Pic of my overview:

Here is my configuration.yaml:

If you have taken control of the UI you need to add new cards manually.

Press the three dots icon top right.
Select ‘Configure UI’
There is now a ‘+’ icon lower right you can use to add new cards.

Thanks, so the .yaml looks fine then?
