I have the Plex integration set up connecting to a local Plex server. The integration picked up my local server and Nvidia Shield client with no issues. From the Shield media player entity if I choose a movie to play the movie will play with no issues but the state is not updated within home assistant, it just says “idle”. If I use the Shield remote to play a movie, home assistant picks up the state change. Anyone have this issue?
