Issues with tracking down the processor use

Hi,
I have two issues, where I wish to have more possibilities for analytics.

  1. Every evening, when I switch on my TV (via remote harmony) the processor use goes up by 1.5% where I have no idea, where it comes from. All automations are either active before as well or they are only called one time and then controlled with conditions. The list of automations, sorted by execution time, gives no hint for an automation which is called too often

This is the first increase at 19h
  2. Today I opened HA via Nabu Casa at my work in order to show a collegue a good working Home Assistant Solution. We looked into it a few minutes, opened one or two popups and then I closed HA.
A little later I recognized in my Companion app, that the average processor use increased rapidly and digging deeper shows, that the processor was utilized by 10 to 15% which is far away from normal use of 2.5% and that only after the last update to 2022.5. Before the avg was by about 1.6%.
That is the peak in the picture at aroung 11h.

In both cases, I have no instrument, to dig into the deep in order to find out, which Sensor, Script, Component or automation is causing that behavior. The second case stopped 2 Minutes after a restart. The first case is still under investigation.

I would like to have a tool (like a profiler in SQL), which gives me a hint, which sensor or automation is using my CPU or memory.
Does anybody have a hint, where I can start.
All my automations have been checked and sometimes redesigned in order to avoid permanent triggering.
