I have a Russound CAV6.6 amplifier. I would like to be able to control it from HA. IR is a possibility if I had a remote or the IR codes but that would not show status (volume, source selected, etc.). Assuming I could control it using the Russound serial interface using an iTach WF2SL which bridges Wifi and serial, is there an integration for this application?

In that case you will have to use Global Cache’s API with shell commands.
