I just had a major water leak and I’ve learned my lesson. I have done some research and have decided on the Phyn Plus v2. I was wondering though if anyone who already has one can share any regrets/cons if any. Also if anyone has also done their research and had purchased a different unit. I would like to know what sold you on the unit you have?

I asked the same question in that thread as I don’t really see a good product review besides the lack of integration though it appears that is being worked on.
Would be interested in how the product really works from personal experience not even necessarily related to HA.
