iWatch notification snooze actions not updating

I am having an issue configuring the notification snooze actions.

I have used the companion app to change the defaults, as shown.

However, notifications on the iWatch continue to show the default options.

I have tried uninstalling/re-installing the iwatch app, but no difference.

iWatch app version 2026.7.0

Companion app, 2026.7.0

How to i get the iWatch to update notification settings?

I have changed the notification settings in the companion app, however, the iWatch is continuing to use the old settings I have used the companion app to change the defaults, as shown below in screenshots. However, notifications on the iWatch continue to show the default options. I have tried uninstalling/re-installing the iwatch app, but no difference. **To Reproduce** Change the notification settings in the companion app in iOS. Force a notification from home assistant to the iWatch.
