Connect a monitor directly to the Home Assistant Green box and see what it tells you there.
It looks correct enough.
What happens when you connect to http://homeassistant.local:8123 or http://192.168.5.91:8123 ??
Website wont load
That key in the top typically indicate that you are on a VPN, which means you might be sending your data out on the internet over the VPN and then try to come back in again on the normal internet connection.
If you must run the VPN, then try the IP address instead.
The VPN might let that connect to the local network, but it really depends on the setup of the VPN client.
No vpn but i have erro router
What app is making that key on your mobile device?
- what’s the IP address of that phone?
- do you have a pc for this part you’ll find it way easier for troubleshooting
- Does the eero have any setting like network ‘isolation’ or something turned on (sorry I don’t use eero. It tries to do ‘too much’ to hide complexity for end users so I haven’t looked at thier UI in a while)
Looks like your mobile device is on one network (192.168.4.x) and your HA server is on another (192.168.5.x).
I do not know Eero either, but I would look into what that Bridge option mean in the DHCP & NAT picture you posted above. I do not requirement just clicking it, because I do not know what it does and bridge mode could mean no firewall between the local network and the internet, which would be bad, so that is why you should look into it first.
Yep that’s it. Different network segments.
I suspect one is the internal wired segment and the wifi has guest isolation turned on.
Op you need them to be on the same network segment. Someone who knows eero will have to help you reconfigure your eero to work that way.
It has nothing to do with DNS.
Your HA is one network and your mobile device is on another and there is no routing configured for a HA connection between the two networks.
Got it to work it needed factory reset
