I just unpaired an Eaton RF9601DW light switch from my Hubitat C8. Then paired it with my HA Green. The first time I noticed an issue I got an “Entity not found” error when adding it to a dashboard. It was added and the switch works. Then I tried to use “Front Porch Light” in an automation I found like the error said there are no entities. So I tried using the device and you can see that they exist. Not sure what happened here any help would be appreciated with this missing entities issue.
Can you open settings - devices - z-wave and then the device itself.
Under the ‘sensors’ heading you should see that there are sensors disabled. You can enabled them there as well.
I am unsure if you have multiple devices named Front Porch Lights, hence the long way to get to the specific device.
There were two disabled sensors shown below. Another oddity, I just said “Alexa turn on the porch light” and the reply was “Patio light not responding”. Oddly, if I say “Turn on the patio light”, it works fine.
I’m having major issues with Alexa itself. I sorted devices on my phone alphabetically, and there were 8 entries for one printer, three entries for another device, and other duplicates. I can’t access these devices to delete them. When I press on one it immediately exits.
