It’s right there under the theme folder in my git, you can copy the file and call “reload themes” from the UI
OnlyOnlyOnly I can’t find the file and not the folder with that name
In your git repository, hence the question of how to add it, even trying to search by name is ineffective, as you can see below

what could be the reason for such differences?
You don’t have the background file and some of the variables have likely changed in the past year. It’s pretty close though other than the sidebar.
do you know how to fix it to make the theme look like in the author’s first post?

Looks like there may have been some custom cards used though. You can tweak the variables until you get something close.
