Keep LTS while excluding state history

Would it be possible to generate LTS (long term statistics) for a sensor with a state class of measurement while also excluding that sensor’s state history from the recorder database?

The reason I ask is that I have a lot of very chatty wifi RSSI sensors that bloat the database but I am fine just having the down-sampled LTS data for these sensors.

I’m not sure how feasible this is but thought I’d ask.

Great idea! I’ve harped on this before, but storing long-term (what I call archival) data in with short-term, real-time data in the same database is less than ideal.

This FR would at least be a step in the right direction. Voted.
