keyboard_remote_command_received--Not all key presses received

I am 0-for-2 with Mouse & Keyboards.

I have tried both of these and neither work perfectly. Most of the key presses generate an event but enough of the buttons do not create an event that both are unusable. For the Rii Mini K25, most of the keys on the AV side do not generate anything but most of the keyboard characters on other side work. Any suggestions on why some buttons are either not creating pushes or not being recieved?

This is my YAML currently but I have also tried versions with only key_up and only key_down:
